A Lasting Power of Attorney “LPA” can be written at any time during your life as long as you have the necessary mental capacity.
These arrangements are set up so that the persons you love and trust can look after your health, well being and also your financial affairs.
These are lasting arrangements and need to be put in place before you become incapable by way of accident or illness.
With a lasting power of attorney you can nominate from 1 to 4 people to look after your personal affairs.
